DoliApp isn’est notpas compatible withavec externaldes modules suchexternes ascomme MultiCompany, etc. IfSi youvous aresouhaitez interested in makingque DoliApp workfonctionne withavec le module X orou YY, module please contact us.contactez-nous.

Advanced checks

  • Check your Nginx or Apache web server configuration
  • Check any .htaccess rules that might conflict or block API access
  • Check the Dolibarr API login isn't disabled with constant API_DISABLE_LOGIN_API
  • Check the maintenance mode isn't set in Dolibarr administration or with constant MAIN_ONLY_LOGIN_ALLOWED
  • Temporarily give the user the administrator role adn try connecting

API keys must be very long because they cannot contain special characters like **?€$+Ă©** (even if they can be entered). This is a Dolibarr limitation (not DoliApp).
