A problem connecting DoliApp with your Dolibarr server ?

Follow this checklist to try and resolve your problem:

  1. Make sure you are using the latest version of DoliApp, download it from the Apple App Store
  2. Dolibarr version must be at least v18 or above
  3. Dolibarr server must be accessible via the internet or through a VPN
  4. The Dolibarr API module must be enabled
  5. The user must have permission to view user permissions or at least their own permissions (advanced permissions)
  6. Check the user isn't deactivated

Check that the web API of your Dolibarr works: https://yourdomain.extension/api/index.php/explorer/

DoliApp is not compatible with external modules such as MultiCompany, etc. If you are interested in making DoliApp work with X or Y module please contact us.

Advanced checks

  • Check your Nginx or Apache web server configuration
  • Check any .htaccess rules that might conflict or block API access
  • Check the Dolibarr API login isn't disabled with constant API_DISABLE_LOGIN_API
  • Check the maintenance mode isn't set in Dolibarr administration or with constant MAIN_ONLY_LOGIN_ALLOWED
  • Temporarily give the user the administrator role adn try connecting

API keys must be very long because they cannot contain special characters like **?€$+Γ©** (even if they can be entered). This is a Dolibarr limitation (not DoliApp).
