🇬🇧 DoliApp connection help

A problem connecting DoliApp with your Dolibarr server ?

Follow this checklist to try and resolve your problem:

1. Make sure you are using the latest version of DoliApp, download it from the Apple App Store
2. Dolibarr version must be at least v18 or above
3. Dolibarr server must be accessible via the internet or through a VPN
4. The Dolibarr API module must be enabled
5. The user must at least have permission to view their own permissions
6. Check the user isn't deactivated

Check that the web API of your Dolibarr key works: https://yourdomain.extension/api/index.php/explorer/

Advanced actionschecks

1. Check your Nginx or Apache web server configuration
2. Check any .htaccess rules that might conflict
3. Check the Dolibarr API login isn't disabled with constant API_DISABLE_LOGIN_API
4. Check the maintenance mode isn't set in Dolibarr administration or with constant MAIN_ONLY_LOGIN_ALLOWED

API keys must be very long because they cannot contain special characters (even if they can be entered). This is a Dolibarr limitation (not DoliApp).
