🇬🇧 DoliApp connection help
A problem connecting DoliApp with your Dolibarr server ?
Follow this checklist to try and resolve your problem:
- Make sure you are using the latest version of DoliApp, download it from the Apple App Store
- Dolibarr version must be at least v18 or above
- Dolibarr server must be accessible via the internet or through a VPN
- The Dolibarr API module must be enabled
- The user must at least have permission to view their own permissions
- Check the user isn't deactivated
Check that the web API of your Dolibarr key works: https://yourdomain.extension/api/index.php/explorer/
Advanced actionschecks
- Check your Nginx or Apache web server configuration
- Check any .htaccess rules that might conflict
- Check the Dolibarr API login isn't disabled with constant
API_DISABLE_LOGIN_API
- Check the maintenance mode isn't set in Dolibarr administration or with constant
MAIN_ONLY_LOGIN_ALLOWED
API keys must be very long because they cannot contain special characters (even if they can be entered). This is a Dolibarr limitation (not DoliApp).
